We know that being outside is good for us. From breathing in fresh air to absorbing vitamin D, watching pollinators & listening to bird song, but it is much more than that.

As we meander woodlands & forest bathe we find ourselves relaxing, as we wander bare foot on the lawn we are grounding our body & as we get our hands in the soil the feel good factor is triggered when we come into contact with beneficial bacteria as the earth crumbles in our hands.
