Spring is approaching as the Daffodils bloom and more colour pops up in the garden. Those gorgeous signs of Spring definitely give us a boost after the Winter months as we start swapping the winter warmers for more lighter, salad dishes. As I am a big fan of easy growing to fit in our busy lives, cut and come again salad is just so quick to grow from sowing to harvest and can be grown in the smallest of spaces, plus its a lovely taste of Spring.
