Grow & Cook Apricots

Homegrown fruit and vegetables are known to taste delicious but there really is no fruit better than the Apricot for a burst of incredible fresh fruitiness from the garden. There are many varieties available now so no need to be restricted by space or be concerned about the British weather. Apricots are full of vitamins A and C along with dietary fibre, copper and potassium.
